Natural Cure For Common Cold
A common cold is an infection of upper respiratory tract.It makes immunity system weak.Capability of the body to fight against germs and infections reduces.Other symptoms of cold include headache and weakness.
There are several natural methods to cure it -:
1.HONEY-:Honey is a natural product.It is made naturally. It strengthens the immunity system of the body.Honey helps to restore white blood cells in the body.It is a ayurvedic product.It also helps to cure throat infection.It strengthens digestive system of the body.
It should be taken 2-3 tablespoons a day.
2.BHASTRIKA AASAN(YOGA POSTURE)-:It is also called as oxygen increasing posture.The air is taken inside the body. Then it is exhaled out through the nostrils.The inhaled air can be kept inside for 30 seconds.The Asthma patients should not hold the air inside the body for more than 20 seconds.They should immediately exhale the air out from the nostrils.
It increases oxygen level in the body .It helps to cure diseases like Asthma and Lung infection.It also provides oxygen which is required to burn food in the body.This process generates energy in the body.It makes the immunity system of the body strong.
BHASTRIKA AASAN should be done for 5-10 minutes a day.
3.WATER-:Water forms almost 70% weight of our body.Water is very important for curing cold.Water provides hydration to our body.During cold the water level in the body lowers down.Water helps to make water level normal in the body.
4.STEAM WITH TULSI (MEDICATED INDIAN PLANT)LEAVES-:Take 500ml of water.Pour 10-15 leaves of tulsi (MEDICATED INDIAN PLANT)in it.Then boil this mixture. Till steam is produced.Then inhaling this medicated steam helps to cure cold .
